At ElysiumX Innovation Ltd., we stand behind the quality of our products and services. This comprehensive Returns & Refunds Policy outlines your rights and our obligations under consumer protection laws including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK), Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (EU), and other applicable legislation.

Important: This policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and ElysiumX Innovation Ltd. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Cancellation Rights & Cooling-Off Period

Under distance selling regulations, you have statutory cancellation rights:

Standard Cancellation Window

  • Physical Goods: 30 calendar days from receipt of goods
  • Digital Products: 14 calendar days from purchase, unless downloaded
  • Services: 14 calendar days from contract signing

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing via email to support@elysiumx.com with:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Order number and purchase date
  • Clear statement of cancellation

2. Refund Processing & Timelines

Step 1: Return Authorization

Within 48 hours of receiving your cancellation request, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Step 2: Return Shipment

You must ship items back within 14 days of receiving the RMA. Items received after this period may be refused.

Step 3: Inspection

Our quality team will inspect returned items within 3-5 business days of receipt.

Step 4: Refund Issuance

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and may take 3-10 additional days to appear in your account.

Note: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For credit/debit cards, refunds will appear on your next statement cycle depending on your financial institution's processing time.

3. Return Conditions & Exceptions

Eligible for Return

  • Unopened merchandise in original packaging
  • Defective or damaged items (must report within 7 days)
  • Incorrect items received
  • Unused software with sealed activation codes

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom configured hardware/software
  • Downloaded digital products
  • Services already performed
  • Perishable or time-sensitive materials

Restocking Fees

Certain items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if:

  • The product is returned without all original components
  • Packaging shows signs of use or damage
  • Special order items are returned

4. Digital Products & Services

Due to the nature of digital deliverables, different rules apply:

Software Licenses

Once activation keys are revealed or software is downloaded, no refunds are permitted except for documented technical incompatibility.

Consulting Services

Cancellation requires 72 hours written notice before scheduled work begins. Deposits are non-refundable after work commences.

Subscription Services

Pro-rated refunds available for unused portions of monthly subscriptions. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days.

5. International Returns

For cross-border transactions, additional considerations apply:

  • You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs
  • Refunds will be issued minus original shipping charges
  • Allow 4-6 weeks for international returns processing
  • All documents must include "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs charges

VAT/GST Notice: For EU/UK/Australian customers, refunds will include VAT/GST amounts originally paid. Other jurisdictions may vary.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may:

We will review and respond with a final determination within 14 business days

For EU customers: If unsatisfied with our resolution, you may submit a complaint through the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
